How booking works

Four steps, one written confirmation

Fixed fare, door to door. Every step below closes before your driver turns into the pickup street.

  1. Select the route

    Enter origin and destination in the route selector. You get the corridor, the distance and the duration band before you commit to anything.

  2. Choose a vehicle class

    Sedan carries 3 passengers and 2 large cases. Executive sedan takes 3 passengers and 3 large cases. Minivan holds 6 passengers and 6 large cases. Compare them in the vehicle class comparison.

  3. Confirm the fare

    The amount is locked to the route, not to the meter. Line items and inclusions are listed in the fare inclusions ledger, with extra stops at 350 UAH each.

  4. Driver assigned in writing

    Dispatch sends the driver first name, plate number, vehicle class and pickup time by message and email. Vetting details sit on the driver vetting page.
