Terms of Service
1. Scope and Parties
These Terms govern booking and use of intercity passenger transfer services provided by listopsoil.com LLC (Managing Director David Lopez), registered under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 On Electronic Commerce.
2. Booking and Contract
Bookings are confirmed when we send a written confirmation. The contract is formed at that moment. Prices, route, vehicle class and pickup time are stated in the confirmation. Before purchase, we provide information required by Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991 On Consumer Rights Protection.
3. Fares and Payment
Fares include the booked route and standard luggage. Waiting time beyond 15 minutes, extra stops, tolls and parking are charged separately. Payment methods are shown at booking. We may cancel if payment is not received.
4. Cancellation and Changes
You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Later cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the fare. No-shows are non-refundable. Changes are subject to availability.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
You must provide accurate booking details, be ready at the pickup point, comply with driver instructions and vehicle rules, and hold valid travel documents. You are liable for damage caused by you.
6. Liability
We hold the licenses required by Law of Ukraine No. 222-VIII On Licensing of Types of Economic Activity and Law of Ukraine No. 2344-III On Road Transport. We are liable for direct damage caused by our fault, up to the fare paid, except where consumer law provides otherwise. We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather or force majeure.
7. Personal Data and Cookies
We process personal data under Law of Ukraine No. 3913-IX On Personal Data Protection. We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy, with consent where required by Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX On Electronic Communications.
8. Complaints and Disputes
Send complaints to contact@listopsoil.com or 24 Volodymyrska St, Kyiv, 01034, Ukraine. We reply within 30 days. You may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to court under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII On Consumer Rights Protection.
