Fare policy

When a fare can change

Fixed fare, door to door. The written confirmation holds the exact fare, the vehicle class and the pickup time. Only four items below can move that figure.

Included waiting allowance: 60 minno charge
Waiting beyond the included hour: 250 UAHper hour, billed in 15-min steps
Each extra stop on the route: 350 UAHper stop, added before dispatch
Cancellation within 12 hours of pickup: 30%of the confirmed fare
